Zhang Ran

Zhang Ran is an associate professor of educational law in the Graduate School of Education, Peking University, China. She received an LL.B. from Peking University in 2000 and a Ph.D. in Educational Policy Studies from Indiana University in 2009. She has published many articles and book chapters on Chinese or American educational law, and her dissertation won the CIES (Comparative and International Education Society) Higher Education SIG Best Dissertation Award (2009-2010). Her research interests include educational law, comparative education, and research methodology.
