Guo Wenge

Associate Professor Guo Wenge. Department of Educational Technology, School of Education in Peking University. She obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science, a Master of Science and Doctor of Higher Education in Peking University, visiting scholar of New York State University and Hong Kong Chinese University. Now She is the Director of Digital Reading Laboratory. In 2011, she was selected to the "Ministry of Education New Century Talents Support Program". Previously she was director of the Department of Educational Technology, while currently she is the member of the Global Chinese Education Technology Association, editorial board member of the Journal of Educational Technology Development and Exchange magazine, and expert committee of China Distance Education magazine.

Engaged in online education research for 17 years, she writes "Evolution of China's Online Education Policy – from modern distance education pilot to MOOC" (monograph), and publishes more than 20 articles on educational technology. Since 2014, she has been focusing on digital reading researches and practice.
